How to improve your team's teamwork

Our bench coach, Camden Anders, and our Bullpen Coach, Luca Newsom, have been making some programs for our bench players and our bullpen so that they can improve their teamwork in the pen or on the bench. Doing this will make the teamwork level go up and the more willing to learn from other players and it will make the team strong and also will make us win more games and hopefully make the Postseason for once. So the program Camden and Luca are doing is that they will start doing team bonding exercises and some teamwork practices. One of the exercises they are looking forward to doing is to start doing some ground ball competitions for infielders on the bench and for outfielders on the bench, fly ball exercises and for pitchers strike throwing competitions. So this is how my team is doing teamwork.
