How to keep your cool when stress strikes

Gamechangers pitching has been stellar. And it is all thanks to their pitching coach Cameron Welker. Thanks to Mr. Welker, Enzo Alba has kept his cool on the mound and has pitched stellar games. He has pitched 4 straight no run games and has a sub 4.00 ERA and a 0.985 WHIP. How does Cameron Welker do this well here he is to tell. "Well how I did it when I was still playing is I would always just relax and breathe and think about what would happen if you throw that last strike or throw that final pitch to a no-no. Then you just pitch your heart out and throw your best. That is what I did and that is what i teach all my pitchers on Gamechangers."
