Quarterfinals: Block M's VS. Browns

This game had us all watching today. The Block M's of Alta Canyon and the Browns of Delta Premier. There was not action except for a spectacular diving catch for Block M's Guadalope Mena in the bottom of the third. No runs till the top of the 4th when Block m's Tristen Trivino launched a fastball outside to the right field wall to leave the yard. Nothing happened from either side until Brown's lead-off hitter heard got a hold of a change-up and crushed it to left field for a homer. But the next thing that happened gave the Block M's a decent lead when M's Bullock hit a double in the gap. Then M's Morrison hit a shot to left center for a base hit. This made it 4-1 until Browns cut the lead in half by a Creighton homer. But in the last inning with two outs and a runner 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the 9th Creighton delivered for a single and to make it 4-3. Then Trombley was walked and Phifer hit a walk-off single to end this spectacular game and amazing 2 out comeback.
